Doula Care

Whether you are seeking an unmediated delivery, have a planned cesarean or are a birth parent, I am here to support you in your journey. My name is Alyssa and I am a Birth Doula located in Littleton, Colorado. I service Denver and the greater metro area and offer guidance through pregnancy, labor & delivery with meditation, hypnobirthing and visualization techniques. I am trained in comfort measures for pregnancy, early labor, unmedicated births and epidural births! I offer assistance with the construction of birth plans as well as education on informed consent including your rights in the birthing space and information on postpartum care, resources and common infant procedures performed postpartum. All support I provide is evidence-based to meet your needs through pregnancy, labor and delivery! Being a Doula to me means providing unconditional support where it is needed for people from all walks of life.

I offer Postpartum support outside of my Birth Doula package, where I assist with household duties as well as daytime and overnight infant care at an hourly rate.

I donate my time for adoption support for Birth Parents and adoptive parents going through the adoption process.

I offer low income sliding scale payment options and payment plans for qualifying clients. Click below to schedule a complementary meeting to see if we are a good fit for one another.
